RETURN POLICY

Full refund will be issued if the product is returned and received at the Pine Hill Trailers address listed below within 30 days of delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we will accept returns up to 60 days less the restock fee of $15/order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging, with all pieces present and the receipt or original packing slip included.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Leaf springs, axles and some parts with electrical components cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Final determination of whether any product meets the foregoing for an exemption from return and refund shall be in the sole discretion of Pine Hill Trailers.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Example: damage which occurred during shipping

-Pine Hill Trailers shall determine, in its sole discretion, the amount of partial refund due the customer upon timely receipt of the product from the customer.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three business days, subject to delays caused by forces outside of Pine Hill Trailers’ control.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Parts@PineHillTrailers.com.

 

Sale items (if applicable)

Should an item be purchased at a discounted rate or sale price, we can only reimburse or provide credit for the originally paid amount.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at no fault of the customer. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Parts@PineHillTrailers.com and send your item to:

Items damaged in delivery from Pine Hill to you, will receive a complimentary return shipping label. In all other circumstances, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item for any other reason. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Pine Hill is not liable for any delay damages whatsoever in connection with the shipment of any exchanged products to you.

If you are shipping an item over $30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Pine Hill is not responsible or liable for any products lost in shipment from the customer to Pine Hill.
